Dream

Dreams: The First Step Toward Success

Every great achievement begins with a dream.

A dream is more than something we imagine while sleeping. It is a vision of the life we want to create—a better career, a successful business, financial freedom, a healthy relationship, or simply a happier and more meaningful life.

Dream Big, But Start Small

Many people are afraid to dream because they worry about failure. They think their dreams are too big or impossible.

But every successful person once started with an idea that existed only in their mind.

You don't have to achieve your dream in one day. Take one small step every day. Small actions, repeated consistently, can create extraordinary results.

Your Dream Needs Action

Dreaming alone doesn't create success.

A dream becomes a goal when you give it a deadline. A goal becomes a plan when you decide what to do. And a plan becomes reality when you take consistent action.

Ask yourself:

- What do I really want?
- Why is this dream important to me?
- What skills do I need?
- What can I do today to move one step closer?
- What obstacles am I willing to overcome?

Don't Let Failure Kill Your Dream

Failure is not the opposite of success. It is often part of the journey.

You may face rejection, criticism, financial challenges, mistakes, or moments when you feel like giving up. These experiences can teach you what doesn't work and make you stronger.

The important thing is to learn, adjust, and continue.

Believe Before Others Believe

Sometimes the people around you may not understand your dream.

That's okay.

Your dream doesn't need everyone's approval. What it needs is your commitment.

Believe in your ability to learn, improve, and keep moving forward—even when the results are not visible yet.

Protect Your Dream

Not everyone deserves to know your plans.

Share your dreams with people who encourage growth, give constructive advice, and genuinely want to see you succeed. At the same time, stay open to feedback and be willing to change your strategy when necessary.

Your Dream Can Inspire Others

When you pursue your dream with discipline and courage, you don't just change your own life.

You may inspire your family, friends, colleagues, and even strangers to believe in their own possibilities.

Your journey can become someone else's motivation.

Final Thought

Never underestimate the power of a dream.

Today's dream can become tomorrow's reality when you combine belief, planning, discipline, patience, and consistent action.

Dream boldly. Start today. Keep learning. Keep moving.

Your dream is the destination—but your daily actions are the road that takes you there.

Assets and liabilities by Akash Narula

Assets and Liabilities: Understanding Your Financial Life

By Akash Narula

Financial success is not only about earning more money. It is also about understanding where your money goes and whether the things you own are helping you build wealth or creating financial pressure.

Two important concepts in personal finance are assets and liabilities.

What Are Assets?

An asset is something that has financial value and can potentially generate income or appreciate in value.

Examples include:

  • Stocks and equity investments
  • Mutual funds
  • Fixed deposits
  • Bonds
  • Real estate that generates rental income
  • Gold and certain other investments
  • A business
  • Intellectual property and digital products

The goal is to gradually build assets that can generate income or grow in value over time.

What Are Liabilities?

A liability is a financial obligation or debt that you owe.

Examples include:

  • Personal loans
  • Home loans
  • Car loans
  • Credit card balances
  • Education loans
  • Other outstanding debts

Liabilities are not necessarily always bad. For example, a carefully planned home loan may help you acquire an asset. The key is understanding the cost, repayment burden, and purpose of the debt.

Assets vs. Liabilities

Think of it simply:

Assets → Can contribute to your wealth

Liabilities → Create financial obligations

For example, if you invest ₹1 lakh in an investment that grows over time, it may contribute to your net worth.

If you borrow ₹1 lakh on a credit card and carry the balance with high interest, the debt can work against your financial progress.

Build More Assets

One important principle of wealth creation is to gradually increase the gap between what you own and what you owe.

You can start by:

  1. Creating an emergency fund.
  2. Paying down expensive debt.
  3. Investing consistently.
  4. Learning about different asset classes.
  5. Building additional sources of income.
  6. Avoiding unnecessary debt.
  7. Reinvesting some of your investment income.

Your Home, Car and Other Purchases

Not everything you own should automatically be considered a wealth-building asset.

A car, for example, has value, but it also involves fuel, maintenance, insurance and depreciation. Similarly, a house you live in may provide housing value but may not generate regular cash flow.

This is why it is useful to look beyond the label and ask:

“Is this increasing my financial strength, or is it increasing my expenses and obligations?”

Know Your Net Worth

A simple way to understand your financial position is:

Net Worth = Total Assets − Total Liabilities

For example:

If your assets are worth ₹10 lakh and your liabilities total ₹4 lakh:

₹10 lakh − ₹4 lakh = ₹6 lakh net worth

Tracking this number over time can help you understand whether your financial position is improving.

Final Thought

Financial freedom is not simply about having a high salary.

It is about building valuable assets, managing liabilities wisely, controlling unnecessary expenses, and increasing your net worth over time.

Start where you are. Learn continuously. Invest responsibly.

Don't just work for money—learn how to make your money work for your future.

Stage fear .

Good morning dear , today i tell about my stage fear, i am a student who did not talk in the school, i am very shy guy, i do not have any best friends because i did not speak any one. i am person who has fear with a teacher that they did not ask any question with me , i am a person who did not  talk to girls any more. i am a person who did not talk to strangers, i am person who did not do pranaam to the relatives who come in my hose because of stage fear,
in this picture , everybody happens with me. i feel like that .

Stage Fear: How to Overcome the Fear of Being on Stage

Standing in front of an audience can feel scary. Your heart starts beating faster, your hands may shake, and suddenly you forget what you wanted to say.

This feeling is called stage fear, or performance anxiety. The good news is that stage fear can be managed—and with practice, it can become confidence.

Why Do We Feel Stage Fear?

Stage fear often comes from the fear of being judged.

We may think:

- “What if I make a mistake?”
- “What if people laugh at me?”
- “What if I forget my words?”
- “What will people think about me?”

These thoughts can make a simple presentation feel like a huge challenge.

But remember: making a mistake on stage does not make you a failure.

Preparation Builds Confidence

One of the best ways to reduce stage fear is preparation.

Know your topic, organize your key points, and practice your presentation several times. The more familiar you become with your content, the less you will depend on memorizing every single word.

Practice in front of a mirror, record yourself, or speak in front of a friend.

Focus on the Message, Not the Audience

Instead of thinking, “Everyone is watching me,” change your mindset to:

“I have something valuable to share.”

Your goal is not to impress everyone. Your goal is to communicate your message clearly.

When you focus on helping the audience rather than worrying about their judgment, anxiety often becomes easier to manage.

Control Your Breathing

Before going on stage, take a few slow, deep breaths.

Breathe in slowly, pause briefly, and breathe out slowly. This can help you feel calmer and give you a moment to collect your thoughts.

Don't rush your first sentence. Start slowly and confidently.

Accept That Mistakes Can Happen

Even experienced speakers make mistakes.

You may forget a word, lose your train of thought, or say something incorrectly. Don't panic.

Pause, take a breath, and continue.

Most audiences are more understanding than we imagine.

Start Small

You don't have to become a great public speaker overnight.

Start by speaking in small groups. Then try team meetings, presentations, discussions, or short speeches.

Every successful attempt gives you more confidence.

Confidence is built through experience, not simply through thinking about confidence.

Turn Fear Into Energy

That nervous energy you feel before speaking isn't necessarily your enemy.

Your fast heartbeat and excitement can give you energy and alertness. Instead of telling yourself, “I'm scared,” try telling yourself:

“I'm excited. I'm ready to share my message.”

Changing your interpretation of the feeling can change your experience.

Final Thought

Stage fear is not a sign that you are weak. It simply means you are stepping outside your comfort zone.

The first time may be difficult. The second time may be slightly easier. With consistent practice, the stage that once frightened you can become the place where you express yourself with confidence.

Don't wait until fear disappears. Step onto the stage, speak anyway, and let confidence grow with every attempt.

Be a job creator rather than job seeker in india,

Be a Job Creator, Not Just a Job Seeker 🇮🇳

Getting a job can provide stability, experience, and income. But creating a business can create something even bigger: opportunities for yourself and for others.

India has millions of talented and ambitious people. The next generation of growth will not come only from people searching for employment—it will also come from people who identify problems, build solutions, and create businesses.

1. Think Like a Problem Solver

Instead of asking:

“Which company will hire me?”

Start asking:

“What problem can I solve?”

Businesses are created when someone solves a problem that people are willing to pay for.

2. Build Skills Before Building a Company

Learn skills that have market value—technology, AI, digital marketing, sales, healthcare, finance, consulting, content creation, or product development.

Your skills become your first business asset.

3. Start Small

You don't need a huge office, large investment, or hundreds of employees on day one.

Start with:

- A service
- A digital product
- Freelancing
- Consulting
- An online business
- A technology solution
- A content-based business

Start small → learn → improve → grow.

4. Use Your Job as a Training Ground

A job doesn't have to be the opposite of entrepreneurship.

Your job can teach you:

- Professional discipline
- Communication
- Industry knowledge
- Customer requirements
- Team management
- Problem-solving
- Business processes

Learn everything you can while building your future.

5. Create Opportunities for Others

The real transformation happens when your business grows enough to provide opportunities to other people.

One entrepreneur can eventually create jobs for designers, marketers, salespeople, analysts, developers, consultants, and many others.

6. Think Long Term

Being a job creator doesn't mean quitting your job tomorrow.

It means developing an ownership mindset.

Don't only think about your salary.

Think about:
Skills → Value → Customers → Revenue → Business → Jobs

The Mindset Shift

Job seeker: “Who will give me an opportunity?”

Job creator: “What opportunity can I create?”

India needs both excellent employees and ambitious entrepreneurs. But if you have the desire to build something of your own, start developing that mindset today.

Don't wait for an opportunity. Build something valuable—and create opportunities for others.

Final Thought

Your first goal doesn't have to be creating 1,000 jobs.

Create your first opportunity.
Serve your first customer.
Earn your first business income.
Then build from there.

Be a job creator, not just a job seeker. 🇮🇳

Ways to develop the self esteem

"life is not finding yourself, but it is about creating yourself ".to develop the self esteem, there are many ways , these are

12 Powerful Ways to Develop Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is the belief that you are worthy, capable, and deserving of respect. Healthy self-esteem helps you face challenges, make better decisions, communicate confidently, and move toward your goals.

The good news is that self-esteem can be developed. It grows through the way you think, the actions you take, and the promises you keep to yourself.

1. Know Your Strengths

Make a list of your skills, achievements, qualities, and positive characteristics. When you recognize your strengths, you begin to see yourself more positively.

2. Stop Comparing Yourself With Others

Everyone has a different journey. Instead of comparing yourself with other people, compare yourself with who you were yesterday.

Your real competition is your past self.

3. Set Small Goals

Don't wait for a huge achievement to feel successful. Set small, realistic goals and complete them consistently. Each accomplishment builds confidence.

4. Practice Positive Self-Talk

Pay attention to your inner voice. Replace “I can't do this” with:

“I can learn this.”

Positive self-talk doesn't mean ignoring difficulties. It means approaching them with a constructive mindset.

5. Accept Your Mistakes

Nobody is perfect. Mistakes are opportunities to learn and improve. Don't allow one failure to become a negative judgment about your entire identity.

6. Take Care of Yourself

Sleep well, exercise, maintain good personal hygiene, eat nutritious food, and give yourself time to recharge.

Taking care of yourself reinforces the belief that you matter.

7. Learn Something New

Developing skills can increase your sense of competence. Read books, take courses, practice communication, learn technology, or explore a new hobby.

Growth creates confidence.

8. Learn to Say No

You don't have to please everyone.

Learning to set healthy boundaries and say “no” when necessary can strengthen self-respect and help you protect your time and priorities.

9. Surround Yourself With Encouraging People

Spend time with people who respect you and encourage your growth. A positive environment can make it easier to develop a positive view of yourself.

10. Face Your Fears

Self-esteem begins with self-respect.

Respect your values, your time, your boundaries, your body, and your goals. You don't need everyone's approval to recognize your own worth.

Final Thought

Building self-esteem is a journey, not a one-day transformation.

Believe in your ability to learn. Accept your imperfections. Celebrate your progress. Take action even when you feel uncertain.

You don't have to be perfect to be valuable. You simply need to believe that you are worthy of growth, respect, and a better future.

Ways to develop a growth mind set

"if you don;t help to help yourself , nobody in the world can help you to help yourself ". it is all about mindset ; if our mindset is good and developed , then we can do anything in the world . there are many ways to develop a growth mindset , the ways by which we can develop a good mindset are

Ways to Develop a Growth Mindset

A growth mindset is the belief that your abilities, intelligence, and skills can improve through learning, effort, practice, and experience.

People with a growth mindset don't see challenges as proof that they cannot succeed. They see challenges as opportunities to become better.

1. Embrace Challenges

Don't always choose the easiest path. Take on challenges that help you learn something new.

Challenge creates opportunity for growth.

2. Learn From Failure

Failure is not the end of your journey. Ask yourself:

“What can this experience teach me?”

Every mistake can provide valuable feedback.

3. Replace “I Can't” With “I Can't Yet”

Instead of saying, “I can't do this,” say:

“I can't do this yet, but I can learn.”

The word “yet” keeps the door open for improvement.

4. Focus on Effort and Strategy

Success is not always about talent. Consistent effort, better strategies, practice, and persistence matter greatly.

If one approach doesn't work, try another.

5. Be Curious

Ask questions. Read books. Learn from experts. Explore new subjects.

Curiosity keeps your mind open to new possibilities.

6. Accept Constructive Feedback

Feedback can show you where you can improve.

Instead of taking every correction personally, ask:

“How can I use this feedback to become better?”

7. Stop Comparing Yourself With Others

Someone else's success doesn't mean you are failing.

Focus on your own progress and ask:

“Am I better today than I was yesterday?”

8. Surround Yourself With Growth-Oriented People

Spend time with people who encourage learning, improvement, and positive thinking.

Their mindset can influence your own approach to challenges.

9. Celebrate Progress

Don't focus only on the final result.

Celebrate small improvements, new skills, completed goals, and lessons learned along the way.

10. Keep Going When Things Become Difficult

Persistence is one of the most important parts of a growth mindset.

Difficult moments don't necessarily mean you should quit. Sometimes they mean you need a different strategy, more practice, or more patience.

11. Develop a Learning Habit

Read, practice, experiment, and reflect regularly.

Even 20–30 minutes of intentional learning each day can compound into significant improvement over time.

12. Believe in Your Capacity to Grow

Your current abilities are not necessarily your final abilities.

With the right effort, learning, guidance, and persistence, you can continue developing throughout your life.

Final Thought

A growth mindset doesn't mean believing that you can achieve absolutely anything without limitations. It means believing that you can improve through learning, effort, practice, and effective strategies.

Don't ask only, “Am I good enough?”

Ask:

“What can I learn? What can I improve? What can I try next?”

That shift in thinking can transform the way you approach challenges, failure, and success.

Where does low self esteem comes from ?

the low self esteem comes from various things , these things are
  1. receiving heavy criticism.
  2. being manipulated by someone more powerful than themselves.
  3. having failures, short coming or difficulties emphasized.
  4. not being given time by parents , may be with an other child being the favourite or busy parents , etc.
  5. some kind of abuse , ether physical, emotional, verbal. sexual.
  6. feeling rejected and abandoned.
  7. feeling the odd one out or that they did not quite fit in the family,
  8. being teased.
  9. being bullied at school or at home,
  10. low expectation.
Where Does Low Self-Esteem Come From?

Low self-esteem can affect the way we see ourselves, our abilities, our relationships, and our future. A person may constantly doubt themselves, compare themselves with others, or feel that they are not good enough.

But where does low self-esteem come from?

There is rarely one single reason. It can develop through a combination of experiences, thoughts, relationships, and life circumstances.

1. Childhood Experiences

The way we are treated during childhood can influence our self-image.

Constant criticism, excessive comparison, lack of encouragement, or feeling that our efforts are never good enough may contribute to negative beliefs about ourselves.

2. Bullying and Rejection

Being bullied, excluded, mocked, or repeatedly rejected can leave lasting emotional impressions.

A person may begin to believe that something is wrong with them, even though other people's behavior does not determine their worth.

3. Comparing Yourself With Others

Constant comparison can damage self-confidence.

Social media can make this even stronger because we often see other people's achievements without seeing their struggles.

Remember:

You are comparing your real life with someone else's selected highlights.

4. Failure and Disappointment

Everyone experiences failure.

However, when we treat failure as proof that we are incapable rather than as an opportunity to learn, it can gradually reduce our confidence.

One failure does not define your identity.

5. Negative Self-Talk

Sometimes the strongest criticism comes from inside our own minds.

Thoughts such as:

- “I'm not good enough.”
- “I always fail.”
- “Everyone is better than me.”
- “I can't do anything.”

Repeated negative thoughts can become deeply rooted beliefs.

6. Toxic Relationships

Relationships can strongly influence self-esteem.

Constant criticism, disrespect, manipulation, or being made to feel inadequate can gradually affect the way you see yourself.

Healthy relationships should allow you to feel respected and valued.

7. Perfectionism

Wanting to improve is healthy, but expecting yourself to be perfect can become exhausting.

When you focus only on your mistakes and ignore your progress, you may develop an unfairly negative view of yourself.

8. Lack of Recognition

Sometimes people work hard but receive little appreciation.

Over time, constantly feeling overlooked can make someone question their abilities.

However, your value is not determined entirely by external recognition.

9. Difficult Life Experiences

Job loss, financial difficulties, relationship problems, major changes, or repeated setbacks can temporarily affect confidence.

These experiences can challenge your sense of identity—but they don't have to define your future.

How Can You Rebuild Self-Esteem?

Start small.

Recognize your strengths. Set achievable goals. Stop unnecessary comparisons. Replace harsh self-talk with realistic thinking. Learn from mistakes and surround yourself with people who respect and encourage you.

Most importantly, give yourself permission to grow.

You don't have to become perfect before you can respect yourself.

Final Thought

Low self-esteem may have developed from experiences in the past, but your past does not have to control your future.

You can change the way you speak to yourself, the way you respond to failure, the people you allow into your life, and the goals you pursue.

Your worth is not measured by your failures, other people's opinions, or how quickly you achieve your goals.

Believe in your ability to learn, grow, and become stronger—one step at a time.
