Why india is still developing country ?

india  is  at 2 position in the population but it is not developed. in 1947, we get depandence from british rule but we are still developing because there are many reason . these reason are 

1. corruption : corruption in india is  high rate and ocurring  from high to low level . it also decreases the development  in india.
2. youth of india is not developed ; they did no take the responsibility to take the india is at another level. youth did not think to become a job creator  rather than job seeker. they start the carrier at the age of 25 with the job especially in north india , if they will start the carrier with in the age of 17 , 18 , they will also pay tax to the government. if they start up  to give a job to 2 or 3 people , they will be serving india and in this way unemployment decrease , this will lead to india developed .
3. the government : many government comes to rule india for their own benefit , they did not think for the future of india, they think about their own benefit, they know about the how many money they get to do illegal working. for example , congress party comes in 2005 to 2014 , but in this years there are many corruption occurs , scam , fraud in this years but , unemployment rate is increases, after come bjp, the unemployment rate is increasing slowly slowly , but they also said that " be a job creator not a job seeker " in their manifesto. 
4. clean : india is not clean after " swacch bharat  abhiyan " . they are dirty, in some areas people are not aware about it , they take responsibility to clean it and government also provide service to it; for example nagar nigam.
5. india education system also responsible because they only focus on marks not learning ; knowledge , ethics, personality development , values, morals . bookish knowledge is not enough to get successful , life is about practical thinking.
6. over population and lack of literacy also responsible for india is still developing .
