why soft skill are more important for students ?

now a days  unemployment is increasing day by day in india because in india  jobs are available but student are not unemployable , they did not focus on the soft skills , they only focus in marks , they should focus on outer and inner personality because every student has to go through interview and in interview . interview sees the soft skills only . interview derived from two words that is inter means inner and view means seen , so soft skills are important for students.

but  students did not focus on the soft skills rather than marks , the rule for life is 80 and 20 percentage , 80 percent are soft skills and 20 percent are study in school and collages after spending a time of 25 years . if  student want to successful in life , they should focus on soft skills to make future bright . in every field soft skills is needed.
