Failure to success! Motivational story! By Akash Narula

Failure to Success: A Motivational Story

By Akash Narula

Everyone wants success, but very few people are prepared for the failures that come before it.

Failure can make you question yourself. It can make you feel behind, rejected, or uncertain about your future. But failure is not always the end of the journey.

Sometimes, failure is the beginning of transformation.

The Story of a Dreamer

Imagine a young person with a big dream but limited resources.

He tries to achieve his goal.

He fails.

He tries again.

Another failure.

People around him begin to say:

“Maybe this isn't for you.”

For a moment, he believes them.

But instead of giving up, he asks himself a different question:

“What can I learn from this?”

He starts improving his skills. He learns from his mistakes. He becomes more disciplined. He stops comparing his journey with others.

Slowly, something changes.

The circumstances may not change immediately—but he changes.

He becomes stronger, more knowledgeable, and more confident.

Eventually, another opportunity appears.

This time, he is ready.

The same person who once experienced failure now has the experience needed to succeed.

Failure Was Not the Enemy

The failures didn't disappear.

They became lessons.

The rejection taught him persistence.

The mistakes taught him better decision-making.

The difficult days taught him patience.

The setbacks taught him resilience.

And every small improvement moved him closer to his goal.

Your Failure Doesn't Define You

One failed exam doesn't define your intelligence.

One rejected application doesn't define your career.

One unsuccessful business idea doesn't define your entrepreneurial ability.

One mistake doesn't define your character.

A chapter of failure is not the whole story.

What matters is what you do next.

Turn Failure Into Fuel

When you experience failure, ask yourself:

- What went wrong?
- What can I learn?
- What skill do I need to improve?
- What can I do differently next time?
- What is still within my control?

These questions turn failure from a dead end into a learning opportunity.

Keep Moving Forward

Success rarely happens overnight.

Behind many successful people are years of learning, uncertainty, rejection, mistakes, and persistence that the world doesn't always see.

So if you are struggling today, don't assume your story is over.

Maybe you're simply in the chapter where you're becoming stronger.

Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep moving.

One day, you may look back at your failures and realize that they were preparing you for the success you were working toward.

Final Message

Failure is not the opposite of success.
Failure can be part of the journey to success.

Don't be afraid to start again.

Don't be afraid to fail again.

Be afraid of giving up on yourself.

Your story is still being written.

Actions and commitment plays louder than word

Actions and Commitment Speak Louder Than Words

Study Motivation

Anyone can say, “I want to succeed.”

Anyone can say, “I will study harder.”

Anyone can say, “I will achieve my goals.”

But words alone don't create results.

Actions and commitment speak louder than words.

The Difference Between Wanting and Doing

A student may say they want excellent marks, but if they spend hours scrolling on their phone instead of studying, their actions tell a different story.

Another student may not talk much about their goals, but they study consistently every day, revise their lessons, practice questions, and learn from their mistakes.

Who is more likely to succeed?

The answer is simple:

The person who takes consistent action.

Commitment Means Showing Up

Motivation can change from day to day.

Some mornings you will feel excited to study.

Other days, you may feel tired, distracted, or discouraged.

Commitment means studying even when your motivation is low.

You don't have to study for ten hours every day.

Start with a realistic target and stay consistent.

One focused hour every day is better than planning ten hours and doing nothing.

Let Your Results Speak

You don't need to constantly tell people about your goals.

Instead of saying:

“I am going to become successful.”

Show it through your discipline.

Instead of saying:

“I am going to get good marks.”

Show it through your preparation.

Instead of saying:

“I am going to achieve my dream.”

Show it through your daily actions.

Let your progress become your announcement.

Small Actions Create Big Results

Success is often built through small actions repeated consistently:

📚 Read a few pages.

✍️ Solve a few questions.

🧠 Revise what you learned.

📖 Learn from your mistakes.

⏰ Follow your study schedule.

📵 Reduce unnecessary distractions.

🔁 Repeat the process.

These actions may look small today, but they compound over time.

Your Future Self Is Watching

Imagine yourself six months from now.

You could either look back and say:

“I wish I had started earlier.”

Or you could say:

“I'm proud that I stayed committed.”

The choice is being made by what you do today.

Final Motivation

Don't measure your commitment by how loudly you talk about your dreams.

Measure it by how consistently you work toward them.

Words express your intentions.
Actions demonstrate your commitment.
Consistency creates progress.
Discipline turns progress into results.

So stop waiting for the perfect day.

Open the book.

Start studying.

Take action.

Your future is built by what you do today.

Unity has power to do it! Why unity?

Unity Has the Power to Do It — Why Unity Matters

“Unity has the power to turn possibilities into reality.”

In life, success is rarely achieved completely alone. Whether in business, career, relationships, communities, or personal growth, the ability to work together can make a powerful difference.

Why Does Unity Matter?

Unity means coming together with a shared vision, common purpose, and willingness to support one another. When people combine their knowledge, skills, ideas, and efforts, their collective strength becomes much greater.

1. Unity Creates Strength

One person may have limited resources, but a group working toward the same goal can combine its strengths. What seems difficult for one person can become achievable for many.

2. Unity Brings Different Ideas Together

Everyone has a different perspective. When people communicate and collaborate, they can discover solutions that one person might not have considered.

3. Unity Helps During Difficult Times

Challenges are easier to face when you don't have to face them alone. Support from others can provide motivation, confidence, and encouragement.

4. Unity Accelerates Progress

When responsibilities are shared, people can focus on their individual strengths. This can improve productivity and help a team move toward its goal faster.

5. Unity Builds Trust

True unity requires communication, respect, honesty, and cooperation. These qualities help create stronger relationships and stronger teams.

6. Unity Turns Vision Into Action

A great idea is only the beginning. When people unite behind that idea and take consistent action, the possibility of success becomes much greater.

Unity Doesn't Mean Everyone Is the Same

Unity does not mean that everyone must have the same opinion or the same skills.

Unity means respecting differences while working toward a common goal.

A successful team can include people with completely different strengths. One may be creative, another analytical, another a great communicator, and another excellent at execution. Their differences can become their greatest advantage when they work together.

The Power of “We”

There is a significant difference between saying “I can do it” and “We can do it.”

“I” represents individual strength.

“We” represents collective strength.

When people replace competition with cooperation and ego with collaboration, they can create something much bigger than individual achievement.

Final Thought

Never underestimate the power of people working together.

A single drop may seem small, but many drops can form an ocean. A single idea can inspire, but thousands of people acting on a shared vision can create extraordinary change.

Unity creates strength.
Unity creates opportunity.
Unity creates progress.
Unity has the power to turn “impossible” into “possible.”

Powerful Quote

“When we stand together with one vision and one purpose, there is no limit to what we can achieve.”

Tips to control anger.

10 Powerful Tips to Control Anger

Anger is a natural emotion. Everyone feels angry sometimes. The goal is not to eliminate anger, but to learn how to respond to it instead of reacting impulsively.

A calm mind can make better decisions, protect relationships, and help you stay focused on your goals.

1. Pause Before You React

When you feel anger rising, don't immediately respond.

Take a few seconds and pause.

A short pause can prevent a long regret.

2. Take Deep Breaths

Slow, deep breathing can help you step away from the immediate emotional reaction.

Try taking several slow breaths before speaking or making a decision.

3. Walk Away Temporarily

If a conversation is becoming too heated, give yourself some space.

You can say:

“I need some time to calm down. Let's talk later.”

Walking away isn't weakness. Sometimes it's self-control.

4. Identify Your Triggers

Ask yourself what usually makes you angry.

Is it criticism? Stress? Arguments? Feeling ignored? Work pressure?

Understanding your triggers makes it easier to prepare for them.

5. Think Before Speaking

Words spoken in anger can damage relationships even after the anger disappears.

Before speaking, ask:

“Will I regret saying this later?”

If the answer is yes, wait.

6. Don't Assume Intentions

Sometimes we become angry because we assume we know why another person behaved a certain way.

Instead of assuming, ask questions and clarify the situation.

7. Exercise Regularly

Physical activity can be a healthy way to manage stress and emotional tension.

Walking, running, stretching, or other exercise can help you reset your mind.

8. Practice Forgiveness

Holding onto anger can keep you emotionally connected to the situation.

Forgiveness doesn't mean approving of someone's behavior. It can mean choosing not to let the situation control your peace.

9. Sleep and Rest Properly

When you're exhausted or overwhelmed, it can become harder to regulate emotions.

Taking care of your basic needs can support better emotional control.

10. Choose a Calm Response

You may not control everything that happens around you.

But you can work on controlling your response.

Instead of asking:

“Why did this happen to me?”

Try asking:

“What is the best way to handle this?”

Final Thought

Anger gives you a moment of emotion.

Self-control gives you a choice.

You don't have to win every argument.

Sometimes the greatest victory is staying calm when you have every reason to react.

Pause. Breathe. Think. Respond.

A calm mind is a powerful mind.

Tips to control stress.

10 Powerful Tips to Control Stress

Stress is a normal part of life. Work, studies, relationships, finances, and uncertainty can all create pressure.

You may not be able to remove every source of stress, but you can learn healthier ways to manage your response to it.

1. Take a Pause

When everything feels overwhelming, stop for a moment.

Take a few slow breaths, step away from the situation, and give your mind some space.

You don't have to solve everything at once.

2. Focus on What You Can Control

Some situations are outside your control.

Instead of constantly worrying about them, ask:

“What can I do about this right now?”

Put your energy into actions within your control.

3. Break Big Problems Into Small Steps

A large task can feel stressful when you look at it as one huge challenge.

Break it into smaller tasks and complete them one at a time.

Small progress reduces overwhelm.

4. Get Regular Physical Activity

Walking, stretching, running, or another form of physical activity can be a useful way to manage stress and improve your overall well-being.

Even a short walk can provide a mental break.

5. Protect Your Sleep

A consistent sleep routine can help your body and mind recover.

Try to maintain regular sleeping and waking times and create a relaxing bedtime routine.

6. Reduce Unnecessary Distractions

Constant notifications, social media, and endless scrolling can make it harder to mentally switch off.

Create periods during the day when you disconnect from unnecessary digital distractions.

7. Talk to Someone You Trust

You don't always have to handle everything alone.

Talking honestly with a trusted friend, family member, mentor, or professional can help you gain perspective and feel supported.

8. Practice Mindful Breathing

Spend a few minutes focusing your attention on your breathing.

When your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath.

The goal isn't to stop every thought—it's to create a little space between you and your thoughts.

9. Make Time for Things You Enjoy

Hobbies, music, reading, nature, creativity, and spending time with people you care about can provide healthy breaks from everyday pressure.

Schedule enjoyable activities instead of waiting until you have “free time.”

10. Don't Demand Perfection

You don't have to do everything perfectly.

Set realistic expectations and recognize the progress you are making.

Progress is more sustainable than perfection.

Final Thought

Stress may be part of life, but it doesn't have to control your life.

When you feel overwhelmed:

Pause. Breathe. Prioritize. Take one step.

You don't need to solve your entire future today.

Focus on the next healthy action you can take.

And if stress feels overwhelming, lasts for a long time, or significantly affects your daily life, consider speaking with a qualified mental-health professional.

Dream

Dreams: The First Step Toward Success

Every great achievement begins with a dream.

A dream is more than something we imagine while sleeping. It is a vision of the life we want to create—a better career, a successful business, financial freedom, a healthy relationship, or simply a happier and more meaningful life.

Dream Big, But Start Small

Many people are afraid to dream because they worry about failure. They think their dreams are too big or impossible.

But every successful person once started with an idea that existed only in their mind.

You don't have to achieve your dream in one day. Take one small step every day. Small actions, repeated consistently, can create extraordinary results.

Your Dream Needs Action

Dreaming alone doesn't create success.

A dream becomes a goal when you give it a deadline. A goal becomes a plan when you decide what to do. And a plan becomes reality when you take consistent action.

Ask yourself:

- What do I really want?
- Why is this dream important to me?
- What skills do I need?
- What can I do today to move one step closer?
- What obstacles am I willing to overcome?

Don't Let Failure Kill Your Dream

Failure is not the opposite of success. It is often part of the journey.

You may face rejection, criticism, financial challenges, mistakes, or moments when you feel like giving up. These experiences can teach you what doesn't work and make you stronger.

The important thing is to learn, adjust, and continue.

Believe Before Others Believe

Sometimes the people around you may not understand your dream.

That's okay.

Your dream doesn't need everyone's approval. What it needs is your commitment.

Believe in your ability to learn, improve, and keep moving forward—even when the results are not visible yet.

Protect Your Dream

Not everyone deserves to know your plans.

Share your dreams with people who encourage growth, give constructive advice, and genuinely want to see you succeed. At the same time, stay open to feedback and be willing to change your strategy when necessary.

Your Dream Can Inspire Others

When you pursue your dream with discipline and courage, you don't just change your own life.

You may inspire your family, friends, colleagues, and even strangers to believe in their own possibilities.

Your journey can become someone else's motivation.

Final Thought

Never underestimate the power of a dream.

Today's dream can become tomorrow's reality when you combine belief, planning, discipline, patience, and consistent action.

Dream boldly. Start today. Keep learning. Keep moving.

Your dream is the destination—but your daily actions are the road that takes you there.

Assets and liabilities by Akash Narula

Assets and Liabilities: Understanding Your Financial Life

By Akash Narula

Financial success is not only about earning more money. It is also about understanding where your money goes and whether the things you own are helping you build wealth or creating financial pressure.

Two important concepts in personal finance are assets and liabilities.

What Are Assets?

An asset is something that has financial value and can potentially generate income or appreciate in value.

Examples include:

  • Stocks and equity investments
  • Mutual funds
  • Fixed deposits
  • Bonds
  • Real estate that generates rental income
  • Gold and certain other investments
  • A business
  • Intellectual property and digital products

The goal is to gradually build assets that can generate income or grow in value over time.

What Are Liabilities?

A liability is a financial obligation or debt that you owe.

Examples include:

  • Personal loans
  • Home loans
  • Car loans
  • Credit card balances
  • Education loans
  • Other outstanding debts

Liabilities are not necessarily always bad. For example, a carefully planned home loan may help you acquire an asset. The key is understanding the cost, repayment burden, and purpose of the debt.

Assets vs. Liabilities

Think of it simply:

Assets → Can contribute to your wealth

Liabilities → Create financial obligations

For example, if you invest ₹1 lakh in an investment that grows over time, it may contribute to your net worth.

If you borrow ₹1 lakh on a credit card and carry the balance with high interest, the debt can work against your financial progress.

Build More Assets

One important principle of wealth creation is to gradually increase the gap between what you own and what you owe.

You can start by:

  1. Creating an emergency fund.
  2. Paying down expensive debt.
  3. Investing consistently.
  4. Learning about different asset classes.
  5. Building additional sources of income.
  6. Avoiding unnecessary debt.
  7. Reinvesting some of your investment income.

Your Home, Car and Other Purchases

Not everything you own should automatically be considered a wealth-building asset.

A car, for example, has value, but it also involves fuel, maintenance, insurance and depreciation. Similarly, a house you live in may provide housing value but may not generate regular cash flow.

This is why it is useful to look beyond the label and ask:

“Is this increasing my financial strength, or is it increasing my expenses and obligations?”

Know Your Net Worth

A simple way to understand your financial position is:

Net Worth = Total Assets − Total Liabilities

For example:

If your assets are worth ₹10 lakh and your liabilities total ₹4 lakh:

₹10 lakh − ₹4 lakh = ₹6 lakh net worth

Tracking this number over time can help you understand whether your financial position is improving.

Final Thought

Financial freedom is not simply about having a high salary.

It is about building valuable assets, managing liabilities wisely, controlling unnecessary expenses, and increasing your net worth over time.

Start where you are. Learn continuously. Invest responsibly.

Don't just work for money—learn how to make your money work for your future.

Stage fear .

Good morning dear , today i tell about my stage fear, i am a student who did not talk in the school, i am very shy guy, i do not have any best friends because i did not speak any one. i am person who has fear with a teacher that they did not ask any question with me , i am a person who did not  talk to girls any more. i am a person who did not talk to strangers, i am person who did not do pranaam to the relatives who come in my hose because of stage fear,
in this picture , everybody happens with me. i feel like that .

Stage Fear: How to Overcome the Fear of Being on Stage

Standing in front of an audience can feel scary. Your heart starts beating faster, your hands may shake, and suddenly you forget what you wanted to say.

This feeling is called stage fear, or performance anxiety. The good news is that stage fear can be managed—and with practice, it can become confidence.

Why Do We Feel Stage Fear?

Stage fear often comes from the fear of being judged.

We may think:

- “What if I make a mistake?”
- “What if people laugh at me?”
- “What if I forget my words?”
- “What will people think about me?”

These thoughts can make a simple presentation feel like a huge challenge.

But remember: making a mistake on stage does not make you a failure.

Preparation Builds Confidence

One of the best ways to reduce stage fear is preparation.

Know your topic, organize your key points, and practice your presentation several times. The more familiar you become with your content, the less you will depend on memorizing every single word.

Practice in front of a mirror, record yourself, or speak in front of a friend.

Focus on the Message, Not the Audience

Instead of thinking, “Everyone is watching me,” change your mindset to:

“I have something valuable to share.”

Your goal is not to impress everyone. Your goal is to communicate your message clearly.

When you focus on helping the audience rather than worrying about their judgment, anxiety often becomes easier to manage.

Control Your Breathing

Before going on stage, take a few slow, deep breaths.

Breathe in slowly, pause briefly, and breathe out slowly. This can help you feel calmer and give you a moment to collect your thoughts.

Don't rush your first sentence. Start slowly and confidently.

Accept That Mistakes Can Happen

Even experienced speakers make mistakes.

You may forget a word, lose your train of thought, or say something incorrectly. Don't panic.

Pause, take a breath, and continue.

Most audiences are more understanding than we imagine.

Start Small

You don't have to become a great public speaker overnight.

Start by speaking in small groups. Then try team meetings, presentations, discussions, or short speeches.

Every successful attempt gives you more confidence.

Confidence is built through experience, not simply through thinking about confidence.

Turn Fear Into Energy

That nervous energy you feel before speaking isn't necessarily your enemy.

Your fast heartbeat and excitement can give you energy and alertness. Instead of telling yourself, “I'm scared,” try telling yourself:

“I'm excited. I'm ready to share my message.”

Changing your interpretation of the feeling can change your experience.

Final Thought

Stage fear is not a sign that you are weak. It simply means you are stepping outside your comfort zone.

The first time may be difficult. The second time may be slightly easier. With consistent practice, the stage that once frightened you can become the place where you express yourself with confidence.

Don't wait until fear disappears. Step onto the stage, speak anyway, and let confidence grow with every attempt.
