indian education system focus on marks and percentage rather than skills and qualities

education is the medium which can use to change the the world , but in india it become a medium to get a job , do not think out of the box . school and collages only focus on the marks and percentage , they ask only how many marks you get not knowledge and learning.

the indian education system did not focus on innovation, creation, learning, skills and qualities , character ; ethic etc. they tell  study for getting a good marks and a get a job of 25000 to 35000 after the course of bachelor degree and master degree . they did not focus on profession but they are medium of making money. now a days unemployment is increasing  day by day, job are available for those people who are skilled and have qualities and school and collages of india did not focus on the skills and qualities so that is why some people get in to the depression ,  stressed etc because of the system . india  got freedom on 1947 but we are till developing because youth are not developed , they are focus on marks not knowledge , learning , characters, creation . we are users and foreign countries are creator and we copy them so that is why india is still developing. 

if we want to become a developed nation we want to protect against the indian education system . we should focus on the skills  that is outer and inner personalities . in inner personalities , we develop communication skill, confidence level, leadership skill, team building skill, training skills, 

networking skills, motivation skills, inspiration skills , self promotion skills, sailing skills . representation skills, presentation skills , to talk different people , deal the situation , self awareness , management skills , teaching skills . business management skills etc .in outer personalities we wear formal because it shows professionalism but in indian education system , this things did not be done practically, they did not focus on leaning bu only marks.
