difference between hard work and smartwork

it is the right time is here to make future bright ; if we do work in right direction then the future makes bright. success comes from failures and failures come bad experience so today topics is difference between hard work and the smart work. i will tell about the four categories in which hard work and smart work is divided .the four categories are 
1. employed 
2. self employed
3.businessman
4. investor 

the employ and self employ comes in 95 category which have 5 percent of money of whole world and businessman and investors in 5 percent category which have 95 percent of money of whole world.
the categories in 95 percent i e employ and self employ doing the hard work and the 5 percent categories i e businessman and investor doing smart work . the meaning of smart work is team work. 5 percent people hire the 95 percent people and they work in the group. 95 percent people have no freedom of time ; no freedom of money; not able to full fill the dreams but 5 percent people have freedom of time; freedom of money; able to do full fill the dreams before dying .
